Listening Club Special Edition: The Immigrant Composer Experience

At our Final Listening Club meeting of the season, we welcome IRIS – Integrated Refugee & Immigrant Services, an incredible New Haven organization that empowers refugees and immigrants to become self-sufficient and integrated into their new communities.

The Listening Club program will focus on music written by composers who immigrated to the United States. We welcome special guest Iranian-American composer, educator, pianist, setar and tar performer Mani Mirzaee to help lead this conversation and listening session.
