The New Haven Symphony Orchestra’s (NHSO) 3rd Annual Women of Note Fashion Show and Luncheon took place on Sunday, November 15, 2009 at the New Haven Country Club. With more than 180 people in attendance, the event has grown considerably since its inception two years ago.

Woman of Note Awardee, Gloria Schaffer was honored for her work with the NHSO, the State Commission on Higher Education, the Department of Consumer Protection, the Jewish Federation and the League of Women Voters.

On behalf of the musicians, board and staff of the NHSO, we wish to extend our sincere gratitude to the committee members, volunteers, and “models” who made this event a success.
