This event will begin with a cash bar at 5:00pm and dinner is served at 5:30 PM.

First Course, Choice of:
Alsatian Tart – caramelized onions, smoked bacon, and crème fraiche, puff pastry, frisee
Baby Arugula Salad – Fennel shavings, navel orange, whole grain mustard dressing

Second Course, Choice of:
Artic Char – Cauliflower florets, lemon, capers, parsley and brown butter
Roasted Free Range Chicken – Sauteed seasonal mushrooms, basmati rice pilaf, creamy Riesling sauce

Dessert, Choice of:
Layers of Bittersweet Chocolate Mousse – Crunchy hazelnut dacquoise, chocolate sauce
Poached Pear Tart – Puff pastry, almond cream
