Maestro Boughton reflects on his experience as an immigrant to the United States with a curated program of music written by immigrants and refugees. Artist-in-Residence Elena Urioste lends her passion and drama to Korngold’s Violin Concerto and the musicians of the NHSO step into the spotlight for Bartok’s powerhouse Concerto for Orchestra.
