Each year, your New Haven Symphony Orchestra brings the joy and power of music to thousands of students, families, and educators.
With your support, we are providing free and low-cost educational experiences that spark curiosity, foster creativity, and make symphonic music accessible to all – whether in the concert hall, the classroom, or the community. Together, we’re inspiring the next generation of music lovers and creators!
Free tickets for children under 18 to our New Haven Series and Live from the Valley concerts, with the purchase of an adult ticket making family nights at the Symphony easy and affordable. One of the nation’s oldest concert series for students, now in its 92nd year. Led by Music Director Perry So and a 40-piece orchestra, these dynamic concerts are many children’s first introduction to an orchestra! Free, interactive concerts featuring storytelling, narration, and theatrical elements that are fun for the whole family. NHSO musicians visit schools and libraries to bring books featuring instruments to life blending literacy and live performance in an unforgettable way. Thanks to donors like you, these programs reach thousands each year!KidTix
