The live recording is the second part of the NHSO first CD recording in nearly 30 years. The first CD, scheduled for international release in Spring 2010 under international record label Nimbus Records, includes Walton’s Symphony No. 1 (recorded May 2009) and his Violin Concerto, to be recorded live at the NHSO’s opening night concert.
