The Symphony’s Young People’s Concerts are back and – new this year – completely free of charge.
The Symphony will first perform works by Thompson on March 18 at Southern Connecticut State University.

Alasdair Neale has accepted the invitation to renew his contract as the Symphony’s music director. With this contract extension comes the bittersweet news that Neale will be leaving his post with the NHSO following the 2023-24 Season.
Led by music director Alasdair Neale, the October 3 concert program will feature Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony, Coleman’s Fanfare for Uncommon Times, Price’s Ethiopia’s Shadow in America, and Stravinsky’s Violin Concerto with guest soloist Tai Murray.
